Refund & Cancellation policies may vary from one conference/meeting to another.

Any refunds that are processed to the client via wire transfer or credit card will incur a administrative processing fee.

In the situation of Event/Congress/Conference/Meeting being cancelled, Our cancellation policy will be applied, shared at the time of confirmation.

In case of Hotel cancellation, Hotel cancellation policy will apply shared at the time of confirmation.

For any refunds or cancellation, copy of the voucher and valid evidences will be required to process the requests. All requests needs to made in writing at office@mediconference.org
